Best soba! Hand made soba and tadtes so good.

One of my favorite restaurants. I come out here from Tokyo just for this place. The smoked trout is out of this world.

From the station, the souvenir shop is on the front side and the restaurant is on the back side. When I walked along the Okutama old road from the Okutama Lake side, it was just lunch time, so I stopped by and ate some soba. Japanese buckwheat flour is ground in a shop and handmade using Okutama's water. This time, I received a set with a female general mini-sized mushroom mushroom. There is also a single item, but it seems that the menu with the name of Okutama's famous peaks such as river moss and Gozen is recommended, so I chose it from there. The two of us asked for Otake and Untori, and they were delicious. Soba is also good, but mushroom rice is recommended.
